This course looks at how children learn and what we need to do to enable children to have as much control over their lives as possible.  We will take a fresh look at our practice to ensure activities are delivered in a way to maximise independent access, even for the most physically challenged.

Suitable for anyone teaching or supporting a child or young person, with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). The day has been found to be ideal for teachers or support staff new to working with PMLD whilst experienced staff have benefited from an opportunity to reflect and develop their current practice.
